SMT Hub ProDelete Your Account & Data
You can request deletion of your SMT Hub Pro account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the SMT Hub Pro app on your device
- Tap Settings in the bottom navigation
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2 — Request via email
Send an email to support@smtconstructions.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- ✕ Account credentials (email, password)
- ✕ Profile information (name, phone, business name)
- ✕ Service area and trade preferences
- ✕ Push notification tokens
- ✕ Conversations and messages
What data is retained
- ~ Transaction and billing records — retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- ~ Reviews you submitted — anonymized and retained for platform integrity
