Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your SMT Hub Pro account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Open the SMT Hub Pro app on your device
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2 — Request via email

Send an email to support@smtconstructions.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

  • Account credentials (email, password)
  • Profile information (name, phone, business name)
  • Service area and trade preferences
  • Push notification tokens
  • Conversations and messages

What data is retained

  • ~ Transaction and billing records — retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • ~ Reviews you submitted — anonymized and retained for platform integrity
