What is SMTHUB?

SMTHUB is a marketplace that connects homeowners and property managers with trusted local contractors across trades like roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, and more.

Is SMTHUB free to use?

Creating an account and posting a job is free for Clients. Pros may have fees for claiming leads or accessing certain platform features. Any applicable fees are shown before you commit.

Where is SMTHUB available?

SMTHUB is currently available in the United States.

For Clients (Homeowners)

How do I post a job?

Create a free account, select your trade category, describe your project, and enter your ZIP code. Qualified Pros in your area will be notified and can send you a quote.

How do I know a Pro is trustworthy?

You can view a Pro's profile, ratings, and reviews from past Clients. We recommend asking for a license number, certificate of insurance, and written estimate before hiring. See our Safety Tips for more guidance.

What if I'm unhappy with the work?

Contact the Pro directly first — most issues can be resolved with a conversation. If you cannot reach a resolution, email us at support@smtconstructions.com with your job details.

How do I pay a Pro through SMTHUB?

Pros can send you an invoice through the Platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Never pay via gift cards, cash, or wire transfer to someone you haven't verified.

For Pros (Contractors)

How do I sign up as a Pro?

Download the SMTHUB Pro app or visit hub.smtconstructions.com, create an account, select your trade(s), and complete your profile with your business name, license number, and service area.

How do I get notified of new leads?

Enable push notifications in the SMTHUB Pro app. You can also log in anytime to check for new leads in your trade and area.

How do I send an estimate or invoice?

From the job detail screen, tap "Send Estimate" or "Create Invoice." You can itemize your quote and send it directly to the Client through the Platform.

How do I update my profile or service area?

Go to your account settings in the app or on the website to update your business info, photo, trade categories, and ZIP codes you serve.

Account & Privacy

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@smtconstructions.com with your request. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
