Our Current Practices
SMTHUB does not sell your personal information to third parties for money or other valuable consideration.
SMTHUB does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., targeted advertising based on your behavior across different websites or apps).
We share information with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and Firebase for push notifications) only as necessary to operate the Platform and under confidentiality agreements. This is not considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
Your Right to Opt Out
Although we do not currently sell or share your personal information for advertising, California law gives you the right to opt out of any such practices. If our practices change in the future, we will update this page and you will be able to opt out here.

Global Privacy Control
If you use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and device, to the extent required by California law.
